Kedo files is best for pediatric endodontics as it’s like a single file system saving precious chairside time required for pedo patients and files are so easy to work as the length of the files is similar to pedo root length. I used kedo-SG rotary files, which was flexible and not rigid or brittle like other files system which are prone to breakage. I would highly recommend these files to every pediatric dentist and dental professionals.
